WR71 INSTANT MASTER

WR71 Help · One guide

How WR71 Works.

A simple guide to the mastering workflow, the server queue, access and sessions, temporary audio processing and customer support.

01

From your mix to your master.

STEP 1

Choose your workflow

Select the mastering workflow that fits your project.

STEP 2

Upload

Load your finished stereo mix and check the local preview.

STEP 3

Choose the sound

Select the musical direction and review WR71's analysis.

STEP 4

Review & master

Review the mastering direction and start server processing.

02

If the server is busy.

QUEUE 2 masterings ahead · Your upload is safely waiting.

WR71 processes one heavy mastering job at a time on the current production server. If another mastering is already running, your job can wait safely in the queue.

The number refers to masterings, not other customers. No other customer's identity is shown. When your mastering begins, the queue chip disappears and the normal WR71 progress display takes over.
03

Your audio is temporary.

Source uploads are removed from active processing storage after the mastering job is completed. Finished masters can remain available through a protected download link for up to seven days and are then scheduled for automatic deletion.

Do not send audio files, passwords or access codes to support unless WR71 Support explicitly asks for a specific diagnostic item.
04

Sessions & access.

  • Beta and VIP access uses a fixed 45-minute session.
  • Commercial customer sessions end after two hours without activity.
  • Commercial customers receive a warning during the final five minutes.
  • “Continue working” refreshes the Commercial inactivity window.
  • Logout ends the current browser session immediately.
05

Access code problem?

Commercial customers can request a replacement access code from the secure recovery page. Use the same email address that belongs to the WR71 access.

Recover access code

If the message does not arrive, first check the spam or junk folder. Never send your current access code or password in a support email.
06

Payment or checkout problem?

Paid-access availability is always shown on the WR71 Mastering Overview. If checkout is not offered there, paid access is not currently available.

  • If a payment was confirmed but access did not arrive, contact support.
  • Include the email address used for the purchase.
  • Include the product name and approximate date and time of purchase.
  • You may include a screenshot of the error or confirmation page.
  • Never send full card details, PayPal credentials, passwords or access codes.
